What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ
My boyfriend and I have six children together, if I were to leave the state with my children would I be able to be charged with kidnapping? My boyfriend and I have never been married and there is no court judgement stipulating custody.

You could move with any of the children that are yours, because you are the only parent with custody at this time, but he would absolutely have the right to rush to court and ask the judge to order you to return any mutual children to the jurisdiction, pending the outcome of a custody case, and if the judge so ordered, you would be forced to comply.
