This is just not true. I'm no great admirer of the EEOC's claims processing and determinations in my area, but as an enforcement agency, it is overwhelmed by people seeking redress and probably does about as well as can be expected given the enornous number of complaints filed and the limitations on its investigative powers.The EEOC only helps if:
1) Some employer or ruling threatens the power of the EEOC.
2) A huge dispute involving many, many employees of a large factory.
