Not only heard, I checked on the Secretary of State website, he has a license, it’s listed there.

It’s HVAC license. It could be someone else’s signature, you are right. I want to find out that mine was not forged. If someone signed it for him I don’t care, that’s their business.

I called them and they advised that I need to do it in writing. They do not disclose any info over phone.

So if it doesn't harm, you can forge anybody's signature, use their personal information however you want because it doesn't harm... well that's I guess the way it is, unfortunately... Thank you anyway!
