    Refunds for a deposit of Custom work ordered in Florida ?

    Should a customer sue the shareholder or the LLC for a refund of a deposit for custom work? In Florida, if a customer pays a deposit for custom work, and then breaks the contract by hiring someone else to finish it, does the company have to refund the deposit for custom made goods?

    Was wondering if the Sunshine law only exists in Florida or are there other states that are part of this law. Specifically looking at Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina S.C etc.
