2010 and the Estate Tax...do I have to die?
California this is a serious question Ok let say my grandfather has a large estate... and he would like to pass on a one million bucks to me in the year 2010...but is not in the mood to die until...uh...uh..well after 2010... can he place an inheritance for me in a trust in the year 2010...- bayareajim

Lender forgot to file Deed of Trust
California My lender forgot to file a "Deed of Trust" on an a 500k equity line I pulled out over three and a half years ago...now they are asking me very nicely to sign a Deed of Trust. I suspect that I could, tell them NO and file bankruptcy immediately... or I could try to negotiate a better...- bayareajim
