    no. I learned of the “verbal contract” law in ohio after I had already gone through the process of serving him however, since she was in the phone for it, I can sue her as well. I know where she works.

    yes thank you and I have several resources provided by the courthouse when I was last there. Nothing mentioned that I saw about a time limit to complete the wage garnishment process after the case was adjudicated a couple of weeks ago

    there’s not a signed loan. There’s just the documented text messages of what was being lined and when it would be paid back between the husband and the church friend. my guess is the thief was trying to hide it from the wife and use the mi eu to bridge a payment (if any of the story is true)...

    likely they’d need a loan. Does a judgement against them prevent that? I had a friend in Nevada have to pay back money 11 years later due to a lost small claims court issue they refused to pay before the bank would loan them the money.
