No reason, is there a problem with me putting it in all caps? Personally I'm very upset about my situation.

The reason that we had not checked in the attic was b/c we were told by the inspector that they only made a hole for access, we expected that it would only be a crawl space, and not a full attic. in the disclossure i did look at all my papers and nothing was mentioned. now checking for leaks...
