    Notice of Hearing after almost two Years?

    What is the name of your state? Ga. A friend fell on a wet floor 9/2004. They paid his medical treatment, there was never a settlement paid. Recieved a notice of Hearing for August, whats with this? Haven't gotten a phone call yet from the lawyer that represented him. He is illegal.

    What is the name of your state? Georgia Fell and injuried head-neck. Employer contacted attorney and wants to settle before diagnosis. When do you settle? :confused:
