@adjusterjack There was no disconnect fee. i downloaded all the statements and they were always for monthly internet service. thanks.- bravura

Comcast put me in collections on a closed account
What's my next recourse? In March i called Comcast to cancel service (moved to new residence where there's no comcast service). Comcast CSR zeroed out balance due and said he'd close account. Months later i got a call stating that i owed money. In July i called again. CSR said she'd close...- bravura
