No one can probably tell you on a forum about the merit or lack thereof of your case without a full review of facts, records, knowledge of law, understanding of attorney's ability to argue that area of the law, and knowing the judge who will likely hear the case… Even knowing the law may have less relevance than one may believe. Lawyer's abilities along with the likeability of client are intangibles that have a greater impact than one may imagine.
