The 'all you have' is all I need. I've since spoken with the person who was told by my former boss that I had stolen from the company. She is willing to testify as well. She's a credible source, and a respected employee. I have no reason to doubt her comments.

I do feel that his comments are without basis, so maybe that's where I'll head with this. His comments have so far just been verbal--nothing that he would put down on paper. Now email, that's where I may discover more; but at a cost that's more than it's worth...
