Secondary Support - Don't Want To Pay

Why certainly, IAAL! After all, it's derived from some of your most often used adjectives. So, do I owe you royalties? *there isn't a smilie available to reflect my laughter*

Secondary Support - Don't Want To Pay

Not often, stealth, but after living in Georgia for twenty years, I can do a great impression of a whiney-backwoods-redneck-trailer-trash-bitch but it only raises laughs at parties. :D

Secondary Support - Don't Want To Pay

I am totally stymied as to how someone who can't construct two simple sentences not only earns enough money to be paying $1500/month in child support, but is able to leave a quarter million in a will?

    Self Storage Property Manager

Something else just came to mind that you probably should do immediately. In Georgia, these storage unit companies have to file documentation with the court and place public notices in the newspaper legal ad section for a given number of weeks (4 weeks I think), before they can actually dispose...

    Self Storage Property Manager

I don't have a clue about the law in your situation; however, if you have a friend who could go by to remove your belongings, couldn't that person personally deliver your payment in cash plus two or three months payments in advance and GET A RECEIPT? It would seem that at least until you are...

    Dispossessory

If LL accepts partial payment of rent in a given month, LL cannot file a dispossessary action. If no rent has been paid and LL files a dispo, then the tenant has 10 days to either pay the full amount to LL or file a contest within ten days of being served. Tenant may tender the full amount...

Collecting judgment out-of-state. Can I nail ex-tenant's butt?

For writer's sake, I'd hope so. Wouldn't wanna be in his shoes if he's abused a credit check service and his former tenant sees the request on a credit report.

How did you run a credit check on her without her signed permission?

    visitation

I'd certainly hope SOMEONE has custody of this child. If these people are not divorced or even legally separated, then would they not BOTH be considered custodial parents and OP have an established legal right to see and/or communicate with the child?

Have the tail end mounted and send that to the mom. Bet your son would get a kick out of that.

Dispute with landlord, he's threatening to sue

What position is the collection agency taking with respect to the letter? Are they aware that the LL asked you to put in writing that you were moving out? Did the LL do a move-out inspection with you? Are they claiming you owe anything for damages?
