they dont try to get money out of me its a trick to answer survey questions and enter into more sweepstakes but can i sue them for falsely stating in three of these emails that i was already the winner?- chumby13

kansas. i got 4 different emails from a company saying i was the 2,500 dollar winner and one saying i "finally won 50k" but its really just away to get me to click on the link and enter into more sweeps. how can they legally do this?- chumby13
