Poopy Problem
What is the name of your state? Chicago, Illinois Our condo building has a huge problem with owners who do not clean up after their dogs. We have imposed huge fines, but it does not stop them from cleaning up. Has anyone nipped this problem in the bud ever? Also, some of the poopy problem is...- condola

Porch Predicament for President
What is the name of your state? Chicago, IL Our condo building has two 3 story wooden porches. We just became aware that they are breaking some serious city codes. I found an approved contractor to demolish the porches and rebuild according to code. The dilemma comes with (what else) money...- condola
