Refused both Certified and First Class mail
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York Filed a small claims against a bank with a branch in my town. Town court sent the Certified Mail and First Class mail. The branch refused delivery of both and they were returned to the Court. Is refusal of delivery of both Service?- Dabiggaguy
