Not familiar with any lingo so... What exactly does it mean to have the charges pending, adudicated where law permits....? She also told me even if this did happen that since its my first and only offense I would prob just get a small fine and some community service and could ask to have it...

follow up my lawyer said that they would have to move the case up here b/c i moved if they ever followed through w/ the charge. And if its the parking ticket, since I didnt receive teh summons in time to even do anything dont they also have to help me out there or move it up to here.....
