LTD wanting me to get doctors notes
What is the name of your state? Minnesota I recevied a letter from MetLife asking me to get copies from my physician's office of office notes and diagnostic test results for them to review. Shouldn't Metlife be doing this instead of me getting the information to send to them?- Dawnmn
