My director sent an email telling my manager to put me back on the schedule without restriction.

I guess they don’t see how I can do the work with a broken toe. I sent the status report and just waiting to see what they say.

My dr removed all restrictions but my job is now questioning it. Can they do that? It’s not work related.

I don’t think it does. My doctor said no twisting of the spine or upper torso which I can’t understand why. That’s what my employer is having an issue with. Also the length of time for the modification. I think I will ask for the time to be adjusted then a re-evaluation. Really wondering if...

California I broke a bone in my toe and my dr gave me modified work, my job is reluctant to modify and it could cost my job. Can I have the doctor modify the restrictions. My toe feels fine.
