H & A Council oppose ALJ decision
What is the name of your state? Kentucky Just learn today that the hearings and appeals council did not agree with the ALJ decision of denying my case. What is the name of your state? Kentucky Hi. I had a hearing July 25,2005 I have just recieved the decision from the ALJ, and was unfavorable. I read through about 5 or 6 pages.
