If I were you, I would learn a bit more about standardized field sobriety testing prior to giving out advice. From reading your post, it is obvious that you know very little about the tests. I would hate for someone to think you know what you are talking about, when you really don't.

I am a Deputy Sheriff in Wisconsin. A PBT is admissable only in a probable cause hearing, in Wisconsin. The PBT test may have been low because of the cold weather. It could have been because of any number of other factors. The machines only give a "ballpark figure." I don't give a whole lot...
