I just got off the phone with the collection agency. They said that I have to pay them because even if I pay fedex $190, they still have their service charge that will still be in their system showing as unpaid. Should I go ahead and just pay the collection agency?

Thanks! That's a good suggestion. So I'm thinking that maybe I should have an attorney make a transfer agreement to my LLC and transfer my rights, and then I can file for a Design Copyright and list the LLC as the author and claimant?
