I-485 and I-765 filed based on spouse
Today only I found that few others have already filed complain against her. Does any lawyer interfere our case in INS? Should I go ahead and file compain against her? What do I need to do in order to get my Fees back? Please advice. Thanks.- DGPINFO

What is the name of your state? IL Hi, I am on H1B visa. We got married in Dec 2000. May 2004 my wife got US Citizenship. I submitted I-485 and I-765 through a lawyer and till date I haven't recieved anything from Lawyer or INS. My question is: My lawyer is not responding my phone call...- DGPINFO
