He has a fairly well advertised business here in town but I do not know if he has lisences to do the work being performed. I do know that there were no permits pulled to do any of the work. There hasn’t been any formal inspections done either.

He wouldn’t answer any emails and when I finally was able to contact him on the phone he stated that they had gotten behind on projects and were playing catch up. Said he’d be here on Monday(8/6/2018) and has not shown up yet.

i’m Located in Michigan. We hired a contractor to remodel a room. He was given 50% up front with the assurance that the project would be completed by 7/9/2018, it is not completed yet. There are still issuers with the plumbing,electrical, drywall and trim work. I’d say the project is 50-75%...
