    Small claims case

    I'm in Oklahoma. I was sued in small claims court and lost. I now have an asset hearing . I do have a job but I rent. The contractor put a mechanics lien on the house. If I file chapter 7 bankruptcy what happens to the lien? Or would I be better off with the garnishment?
