What is the Statute of Limitations for Car Loan Deficiency Balance in Arizona?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona. After a car gets repossessed, and then sold at auction, how long does a debt collector have to file a lawsuit to collect the deficiency balance in Arizona? Is it 4 years, as A.R.S. 47-2725 says? Or is it 6 years, as ARS 12-548 says...- Jeran
