ok i was wondering because I was going to cancel it but they keep giving me the run around by the time they said they would i just wanted the better dam truck for my wasted time

well i mean as long as I don't cancel the contract they can't sell the truck because my loan company has a lien on it so hopefully have some levage one guy told me he was going to cancel contract and I checked with my loan company and they said they can't since they have already been paid in full

So I don't have a legal right to the truck they have already been paid for in full that's on the sales contract?

No thats the thing I want the truck that is on paper work i just want to know what my legal standing is to make them to uphold there end because they have already taken payment in full and loan company only has the truck i wanted on file
