I received from the court, today, the motion and order of dismissal "with prejudice" signed by the judge, superior court. Woo Hoo! Would one consider this done???? :(

No I have received only a summons to appear for a pre-trial which included the indication that the debt to the hospital was for $144.00 This was not so, as the debt to the hospital was 100.00 and the ca added 20 % of the original debt and calculated it as $44 in addidition to the hospital debt...

:( no...it's a pretty small town...any other ideas?

Indiana..Update Okay, I went to "pre-trial" at small claims court on 3/7. What an eyeopening experience! The lawyer representing the CA was there to see approx. 27 people. Lucrative, it seems. I sat there and watched the lawyer's intimidation and many people fall pray to his 'authoritative'...
