    I Have Double Nationality - Does Age of Consent From US Apply where I Live?

    Is it true that if for example I go to a country in which age of consent is 13 or 14 and have sexual relationships while identifying myself NOT as a U.S. Citizen, I would still break the law even if I am not in the U.S. and I don't live there? I am a U.S. citizen (but I DON'T live there).
