Also am i legally obligated to inform the father that the kid even exists ? She did fraudulently say she did not know who the father is. But recently admitted she knows him and deliberately never gave the name.

I want to actually find out from the family if they did pressure her and if they did. Can i legally allow her to take the child back without causing legal issues for myself.

She would not have the funds to overturn it. So i am asking if i can voluntarily sign the child back to her?
