Lisence suspention
my lisence is issued in MA, the incident happened in NY. Also, i was not read my miranda rights (i believe that is what they are called) but i was read my rights to take a breathalizer. Also, how long will it be suspended for, 1 year? I am only 19 years old to, does that change anything...- matte

This weekend i was charged with a DUI in New York City. I am a resident of Massachusetts. My lisence is suspended in NY but is it in MA?? The lawyer did not know.- matte
