    Disregard my last post, that was still wrong. Her insurance doesn't pay mine back directly, that amt is included in my settlement and instead making me pay back 100% to my insurance, I pay a %.     Its because they did pay my PIP for me, which was good that I had that. They will be reimbursed by her insurance company but I still have to pay a portion. Not crystal clear but if it has to be, it has to be. Thank for all your input.

    Call the CDC National Immunization Hotline (800)232-2522 There is a registry that tracks any vaccine a child receives. This phone # may be it or they may be able to help you locate that service. At the very least you would be able to get the shot record.
