What is the name of your state? Arizona I am no longer in Arizona but found out that Phoenix, Arizona is attempting to collect on a parking ticket that is over 5-6 years old. I was unaware of the ticket until my parents got a notice a week ago. Is there a time limitation for PHX, AZ to collect?
