    Ignoring an injunction

I won't be driven out of my home by the factory farms.

    Ignoring an injunction

As part of the motion I clearly listed 5 items that were not in dispute, to which the attorney gave 7 different responses including adding a statute of limitations defense to his clients actions. “The Tenth Circuit has expressly adopted the Fifth Circuit’s rule. See Evans v. McDonald’s Corp...

    Banking terms and conditions; again

It seems that Arizona has some issues regarding firearm purchases already. https://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2024/02/arizona-bill-would-prohibit-credit-card-codes-to-track-firearms-purchases/

    Banking terms and conditions; again

But it's odd that after banking with the credit union for nearly 2 decades, suddenly it's a problem that requires a change in their terms.

    Ignoring an injunction

Just a quick follow up, I filed a motion for summary judgement following all the rules and procedures, and the motion was accepted by the court. Anyway we have a telephonic hearing for the motion on August 19th lasting 30 minutes, which seems a little short, so what can I expect at the hearing?

    Banking terms and conditions; again

Because it would mean I agree that I can't use my own money to buy; Tobacco and tobacco products. Prescription drugs. Ammunition and firearms. Travelers checks. Lottery tickets. I can't even pay someone for credit repair or debt consolidation services. I'm never going to agree with that even...

    Banking terms and conditions; again

What is the name of your state? New Mexico. This is a follow up to a posting I made a few days ago about our Credit Union's new terms of service. Reading the whole thing the CU will not allow me to use my own money to buy some items. Rather than laboriously list what they are this news item...

How to tell if someone has been to court for a criminal offense?

That would explain why it may not be available. "The public is allowed to look at most court case records. However, there are some court case records the public may not see. Some laws, rules of court, and court orders make some case records confidential. Examples of confidential case records...

    Buying a car with lien

From bitter experience, a car/truck/bike that has any issues whatsoever with the title, I walk/run away. Just not worth the risk, but if you're determined it may be worth checking the title status with the Arizona DMV https://azdot.gov/news/buying-or-selling-used-vehicle-be-prepared-and-be-safe...

    Credit Union fees

I saw that, but it's still going round in circles with the FTC, and with the chaos that is Joe 'clueless' Biden and Kamala 'giggles' Harris, I'm not holding my breath for any changes soon.

    Credit Union fees

It was never in the original terms and conditions, but it's been added to the 'updated' terms. Adobe tried to update their terms and it sparked an uproar. So maybe as you say, I'll just change banks. https://www.pcmag.com/news/adobe-sparks-backlash-over-ai-terms-that-let-it-access-view-your-content

    Credit Union fees

What is the name of your state? New Mexico. I bank with a local credit union, just a regular checking and savings account with a few CD's, never any mobile banking, as I don't have a smart phone. Logging onto the CU site from my desktop I received the; "We are updating our terms and conditions...

    Conflicting laws

But if you buy your car direct from Ford, you can't go to the factory to pick it up, it has to be sent to a franchised dealership where you take delivery, with the added delivery charge of course. I'm sure if there was a loophole in this law Tesla would have found it by now, oh wait ;)...

    Conflicting laws

What is the name of your state? New Mexico The framers of the NM Constitution apparently hated the idea of a monopoly so much they mandated that laws be enacted to prevent them. NM Constitution Article IV at 38 “The legislature shall enact laws to prevent trusts, monopolies and combinations...
