Australia for a month

I’m planning on going ti Australia next January for a month and obviously would be taking him with me. There has never been and court involvement because like I said, there has been absolutely no contact in well over a year. He’s just gone and I can’t track him down.

He just turned 2

1. There’s absolutely no reason for him to be on the birth certificate considering he is not a father in the slightest bit 2. I need his approval for certain things (like getting a passport) solely because he is on the birth certificate
