Condo Fees vs. Percentage Ownership
What is the name of your state? Massachusetts Hello, There are 9 condo units in my building. 6 of them own 12.xx percent of the building and 3 of them own 9.xx of the building, yet everyone pays the same amount for condo fees. Is this legal and if not, what can I do about it? Thanks- ob1mike
