ARD program in PENNSYLVANIA
I live in NY... and i was arrested in PA last summer for minor possesion of marijuana (less than 1 OZ or w/e it is) and pariphinalia... at my first court date, i got the pariphinalia charge dropped.. and the possesion charge will be dropped pending i pass the ARD probation my question is.. has...- oodelphi
