nsolvent estate
A relative of mine recently died and name me the executor in his will. He has lots of debts (large one to the IRS) and NO assets - even his bank accounts are empty. Do I have to file the will for probate? I don't want to spend any money or time as I know I will get nothing back.- retireeneedhelp
