TYC Parole
What is the name of your state? Texas. My 18 yr old son is on juvenile parole in Texas, he has since violated his parole and been arrested. Does he need an attorney? Will there be a bond to get him out? And what is the next step from here, court? Will he be sent back to TYC?- RLRMom

What is the name of your state? Texas Usually Statutory rape involes an older male and a younger felmale. This is a different problem.
