NDA signed in wrong spot, can I write a note on it?
I'm in Ontario Canada, had a company in Florida USA sign a NDA for me to disclose IP information to them. They signed in the wrong spot, I asked a lawyer, and they said this is ok, but they signed in my spot where should I sign, and can I put a note on the agreement stating that they have signed...- Rockq
