In Pa there is no lemon law for commercial vehicles as we understand. 9 months ago bought the van and it has been in the shop 7 times for weeks at a time. Van was manufactured at 3 different places therefore if we would sue how would we go about it. Frustrating.

How does one add a name to a deed? Do they have to have a lawyer or is there a legal form for this. I am from Pa. Thanks
