I want my attorneys fees back.
New York City. If an attorney kept my settlement for 4 years without contacting me, and when I've been contacting them for 4 years and being told vague answers. Lawyer never contacted me about the settlement
New York Case. My grandmother fell back in 12/91 and we sued the owner of the home. The case was settled in 10/2001.
