    Daycare issue...

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania... Typical divorce story. Mother hates the father and runs him into the ground to anyone and everyone who will listen. Her current therapist is the daycare provider. Sometime over the summer (six or eight months ago) he picked up his...

    Dog bit the UPS man

I live in Pennsylvania. My dog is a two year old Pittbull/Boxer mix. I have a wireless pet fence system to contain her as well as my Border Collie. I have the system set up so that the dogs cannot get in the driveway (they will get zapped approximately two feet from the driveway). The part of...

Claiming a dependant who isn't one

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania My husband has a child with another woman (never married her). They have never had an actual court order specifying who has custody. Pay deductions for company credit cards

What is the name of your state? Unsure. The company's main office is in Michigan and the payroll office is in North Carolina. None of the employees work constantly in one state. One week they could be in Kansas and the next week they could be in Texas so I don't know how to figure out which...

    Discrimination/wrongful termination

I think I stopped posting about two years ago. That's when I got pregnant and was in the thick of it with my ex-employer. I just needed a break from it all. We finally settled a few months ago and between the kids and building a house I just don't have much time. Time sure has flown by though. I...

    Discrimination/wrongful termination

Been busy and it seems my account got deleted. I settled my lawsuit and am now building a house. Caleb turned three a few months ago and is doing great and hubby and I had a little girl last year! Thankfully, there were no problems with her. She was a few weeks premature but otherwise completely...

    Discrimination/wrongful termination

On the surface, it sounds like your employer is up to their eyeballs in FMLA violations and possibly disability discrimination. I don't know who BOLI is but you should file a complaint with your state's DOL and EEOC. Did your employer send you COBRA notification?

    Double Jeporady?

You haven't even stated a claim for which you can take legal action on. Being treated like dirt isn't illegal.
