I believe this is a 1-point offense. Traffic school will clear 1 point, assuming it's been 18+ months since the last time you completed traffic school (if you ever had).

First off, probation is a slap on the wrist. They gave you a chance to stay clean/out of trouble through your probation period. So it's safe to expect they WILL throw the book at you w/ full charges.
