What is the name of your state?Ct On my lease, it states tat my landlord is require to fix anything that needs reparing within a "reasonable period of time." What is a reasonable period? 2 weeks? 2 months?- snooze18

What is the name of your state?CT I have heard that if you move out before your lease ends, and your landlord does not make an effort to find a tenant to replace you, then the landlord cannot collect the remaining rent money from you. Is this true?- snooze18
