i already know that i do still have to register vehicles..address etc which i wouldnt need to if off the registry

i would presume that somewhere in the law books it would tell if and or when someone could petition to be taken off the registry if it were in fact possible.

i wanted to know if there was any clear writing on if a level 1 can get early termination off the registry or not? no one seems to be able to give a clear yes or no answer to this being possible
