    Served a wage garnishment, was never served to go to court

    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ca hi. today I received a wage garnishment court order from my employer. however, I was never served to go to court. I have proof of this debt being paid, so what can I do, or do I do, to stop this? thanks for any advice!
