Hi guys, I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying summer. I ended up filing a wage claim with BOLI in Oregon and mailed that in over a week ago. Does anyone have an idea of what I should expect and when?

Done. I also attached print outs of text messages to prove I worked for him, emails I sent to him asking about my wages and time keeping records.

Does anyone know what I should expect now that I have filed a wage claim with the State?

I have not heard from the guy though I emailed him the documents he asked for. I will just file a wage claim.

That’s the route I will take if I don’t hear from him though I am hoping to not go there.

Thanks for your feedback. I was intending to try and call him Monday even though he had said that I wouldn’t be able to contact him through the phone. If I was to call him from my phone and he’s still blocking me, would calling from a different number be considered harassment?
