    Minimum balance required for Levi?

    Hello, I have received notice of a judgement suit against me. As I have no assets and actually on medicaid and foodstamps, the only option the creditor has is to "freeze" my bank account. Is there a minmum amount protected from the lei? I never have more than about $800.00 (from music lessons)...
