    183a (6)(D) certificate required?

    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA I read MGL 183 a (6)(d) as not requiring the "6d" certificate (as a matter of law). If anyone reads it as requiring the certificate as a matter of law, could they please make clear how they do?
