Thank you loulblades for your response. I am not sure if this is completly true because everyything i have heard counters it. The penalty for my current case of 60 in 55 is 95$ and 2 points on my license. If anyone else has any further knowledge on the subject it would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you did not understand my question. If i were to fight the ticket, is there any possible way that it could be brought up to 72 in a 55...buddy :D
